Dear Dr. I Have A 9 Month Old Boy Baby

Dear Dr. I have a 9 month old boy baby suffering from high fever 102.9..I gave him crocin but is not helping. Can I give meftal p suspension.our doctor prescribed it..but not sure after how much hours I can give meftal after crocin. Please help.
