Dear Dr, I Have Chest Pain And Pain At Shoulder

Dear Dr,
I have chest pain and pain at shoulder blades, ribs for 2 years. I underwent ECG. Doctors advised me to go for TMT. TMT is positive. Then underwent Angiogram on 18th Jan 2014. The report says " CAG done and normal epicardial coronaries. No complication and medical management is required".
But I never got rid of the above mentioned symptoms. So I have undergone ECG on 5th August 2015 and TMT on 11th Aug 2015. TMT is positive. Again our Institute Doctors advising me to go ahead with 2D echo and Angiogram again. Please suggest me in this regard.
How safe it is to undergo angiogram twice in 2 years?
How long the Angiogram result would be valid?
