Dear Dr,
I m krishna pandey living in chattisgarh, My wife age 25Y has suffering from epistaxis, she have heavy amount of nose bleeding every day 10-15 times.This problem start from sept-15 and till now it continues. She passed surgery in apollo bilaspur on 13 nov -15 in Dr.P.P.Mishra done.As per report " Bilateral Pterygo Palatine Fossa Surgery" and "Bilaterial unicinectomy+middle+frontal+sphenoidectomy" and " Endoscopic exicision of nasal adhesions" was done.After 1 month again bleeding started and we consult various ENT specialist including CMC vellore, but none of them find actual root cause. We also done various blood test for blood disorder like protein C and S,Vitamin K,CBC,DsDNA,ANA,P-ANCA,C-ANCA,PT,PTT,Platelets,etc but all found normal,3 times CT scan of PNS,X-ray,Tb test,sonography of whole abdomen was also performed but couldn't found any abnormality. So pls guide us what to do next.
