Dear Dr, My Wife Has Lost Interest In Day To

Dear Dr,
My wife has lost interest in day to day activities to take care of home. She has lost interest in cooking food and eating meals too. Some times she feels uneasiness and having disturbed sleep.
Please suggest how this can be treated.
