My wife is diagnose with Lupus Nephritis.

Brief History and Report :

She has undergone pANCA and it was SLE 30%.

Drug Allergies : Cloxacilin, PCM, Cephalosproxin, Diaclofenax

Symptoms :
Fever
Pain in abdoman

Current Drugs :
Three doses of methylprednisolone
(Each one day)

Tablets :
HCQ 200 mg
Delta 40 mg
PAN D
Livogen
TOR 20
CIPCAL 500
Azithromycin 500 mg
Sobosis
Prwgaba M (Have to take when pain occurs)


Reaction :
She got 400 ml B Positive. She got reaction in palm and legs
Although it was cured after Dermatologist consultation

Dermatology suggested drug:
Azirtho
Tranadol
Calamine Lotion
Delta
Avil

LDH : 327 U/L (Normal Range : 100-190U/L)

When admitted (29/08/15) : 6.1 gm/dL
After blood bottle (B Positive) on 30/08/15 : 9.7 gm/dL
On 04/09/2015 :

Hemoglobin : 8.3 gm/dL (Normal : 12-14)
RBC Count : 2.96 X million/cmm (Normal : 4.2 - 5.4 X Million/cmm)
Total WBC : 17.99 x 1000/cmm (Normal : 4-11 X 1000/cmm)
Platelet Count : 42 x 1000/cmm (Normal : 150-400 X 1000/cmm)


Lupus Anticoagulant : Present


S.Creatinine on 29/08/15 : 1.84 mg/dL
Latest S.Creatinine : 1.63 mg/dL (Normal 0.5-1.4 mg/dL)

S.Ds.Dna : 52.0 IU/ml (Normal : 0-25 IU/ml)

Doctor denied Kidney Biopsy and told me to have Hematologist Opinion.


Please help. I have been married since 8 months.
