Dear Dr. Phil. I Am A 59 Y/o Woman Who

Dear Dr. Phil. I am a 59 y/o woman who has struggled since 19 years old with type 2 diabetes in High School, My father was a Type 2 type 2 diabetic with every complication available. (Both feet amputated, then too the knee, then too too the hips, and then died eventually to a stroke/Heart Attack. Fast forward to me and my siblings, All 5 of us Children have type 2 diabetes, I am the most severe, I am a Strong Believer in Christ and know He cares For me. Because I married a common hardworking Farm man who is a hard working christian man who dosen't make a'lot of money but lives a decent life . We live our life as the law requires, we work hard, pay in to the system, pay tax's and believe in helping those in need, I am writing ti tell you we are close to loosing our home and live dime to dime. I draw around $600.00 a month S,S, and $64,oo disability, My husband draws approx. $15,50 s,s, and $64 dollars from a job he worked for years. This reason for writing is to ask if you could help with some physical needs. I Fell in 2008 and broke my tibula and Fibula bones in my left foot and discolated my foot to the side.I worked at Wal-MART for many years and got enjured there but my file was misplaced somehow? After that I had my stroke
which resulted in the end of my job. My husband has worked all his life since about 5 years old on the farm, they were a large poor family who made a living on their farm. He was born in 1940. I am 59 and he is 76. We have worked hard all or lives I had a 2nd srtroke in 2013 and rippped the bottom of my rt. foot off. So now I am completely whellchair bound and can only stand for a coulple of seconds on a walker. I have 4 granddaughter wo I would love to go out and see them play or go to the park with. If only someone could help me before me time is over. I need a bathtub big enough for me to get in to or a walk in bathtub. We have paid into the system all or life and Now we need some help.
