Dear Dr Rynne, I Would Like To Thank You For

Dear Dr Rynne,
I would like to thank you for your sharing your invaluable knowledge with us.
I am a male 28, I am at my wit's end since I have been experiencing a lot of health complications since 2-3 years ago.
The first symptom I experienced goes back to almost three years ago, what I experienced was an IBS like experience, ranging from loose stool to hard stool, along with a lot of gas in my stomach which made me belch and burp all the time, after some time acid reflux introduced itself to other complications. after a while I had symptoms of neuropathy, including tingling, numbness in hands, feet, back and muscle twitching.
A year ago I developed what some dermotologists called seboherric dermatitis and some others called psoriasis, I had itchy skin, flaky skin etc, my skin was oily all the time.
Last month my physician prescribed a blood test, and I found out that I have been infected with h.pylori, my IGA level was negative, but the IGG level was around 85 which was positive, since then another problem has occurred which a are very small pimples under my skin on my forehead, and acne on my chest whose lesions won't go away.
Right now I have mild seboherric dermatitis/psoriasis around my chin, under nose areas, and the middle part of my chest. along with those acnes/pimples that I described, the only drug I have taken so far is diflucan 100 for one week which helped a lot but as soon as I stopped taking it the problem recurred. I have also been twitching for 2 months now mainly in my legs/hands and chest and sometimes my eyes. I have already had one MRI test which was negative for all complications.
1.Now my question is that can h.pylori cause all these problems? Can the bacterium weaken your immune system to the extent opportunistic infections like candidisis, which is supposedly responsible for the skin condition I have, overgrow?
2. Will eradicating h.pylori help these complications?
Thank you very much doctor.
Best wishes
