Dear Dr: The past 18 of march I made a transvaginal pelvic ultrasound, because I had been having disorder with my period. My last period was 28 of march to 17 of april. At the beging it was abundant the first 7 days but after that it was less. I had a diagnostic from transvaginal pelvic ultrasound reveals the presence of a bulky nodular anteverted uterus measuring 9.2x 4.9 x 5.8 cm. Multiple solid uterine masses identified measuring up to 3 cm. Prominence of the central endometrial lining measuring 13 mm which may be physiological in nature. Endometrial cavity is empty. Small nabothian cervical cysts. No evidence of pelvic free fluid. Please I need to know: 1- What is your opinion about this diagnostic and What do you suggest me should be the next step that I have to do. Thanks
