Last time,when I was in Detroit in the unusually cold season,I had breathing problem ( 3 years back ).Presently,the problem is reduced but,I am no able to breath freely.I am checked for heart and lungs.As I am 76 years now.I would request you to kindly let me know your opinion please and suggestions.
