I need help plz as I received an oral unprotected sex 3 months ago , and after I felt burning urine I made all check ups all negative ( vdrl , urine culture , hiv ) and I keep repeating them still negative even after 90 days , but I’m worried , burning urine had gone , but I have mouth ulcers now and muscle spasms, Should I get worried ? And what tests I should do more
