It's been 19 days since the onset I'm lucky to have recovered in about 75% by now.
I've read that one should avoid exposure to wind. Possibly I took it to the extreme and through that time I haven't really gone outside at all. Maybe except for few times to see the doctor. And the distance was like 20 meters each time, from the car to the doctor's room.
I'd like to ask you if that's okay to start going outside, like go shopping, meet friends etc. Even though it's summer, it's a little windy these days (rather mild and calm) should I avoid it?
