Dear Sir I Am Male 39 Yrs Of Age Who

Dear Sir
I am male 39 yrs of age who doesn't drink or smoke.
I recently got my preventive health check done which has indicated mildly positive for provocable myocardial ischaemia which wasnt there when i got it last tested in 2013. My current values as per TMT report are

Stage 1 3.00 ST level -0.75
Stage 2 3.00 ST level- 1.25
Stage 3 1.33 ST level - 1.95

I have been taking medicine for high BP i.e. telma 40 mg. Post medicine my BP is in the range of 90/130 which goes high as 100/ 150 generally at night.

My lipids are under good control. My BMI is 30 and I am overweight.

Also i have high bilirubin level at 1.9 and hemangioma in lever.

All other tests are normal.

Whats your advice whether I should go for further checks.
I have been adviced to take tablet ecosprin and seloken od.
