Dear Sir, I Am Suffering From Psoriasis Since Last 14

Dear Sir, I am suffering from psoriasis since last 14 years, I have psoriasis on my scalp and some parts of my body (elbow, Ear and chest). Please suggest me the best treatment. I am using topinate gel for scalp which is effective but in I have use it on alternate day. Is any long term solution for it.
