Dear Sir,
I having 2.5 cm each Fibroids in my uterus and my Dr. said there is no need to remove the uterus because within 4-5 years periods will be automatically stopped. Now my problems is that, period is coming sometimes with with stomach pain and its stopping 15 to 20 days. I request you to please advice me whether Meftal Spas reduces heavy flow/pain during periods and what are its side effects and also please advice me what i have to do further treatment....
