Dear Sir ,
I used to smoke for last 14 years (chain smoker). Now i decided to stop the habit & left cigerretes completely for last 5 days & going to stop for ever. Now i had some physical problems like nausea , cnstipation , mild head ache ,depression & i am not getting concentration.
My doubt is how long this discomfortness last for???
