Dear Sir, My AST Level Is 56.64 And ALT Level
Dear Sir,
My AST level is 56.64 and ALT level is 98.31. I am diagnosis with fatty lever Grade II (NAFLD). I've changed my daily routine. I got for morning and evening walk for 1 hour and do exercise for 20 mins daily in the morning. I am following liver friendly diet. Please kindly let me know how many weeks one need to bring these levels to normal.
PS. My billirbuin Total is 1.80.
