Dear Sir ,

My Age is 30years and recently my father was expire due to heart attack at the age of 60 years
So I am worry about that – same thing can be happen with me ? I am in fear … I fell my Head and Eyes heavy whole day. So I started excises ,Pranayam , Meaditation for 1hrs a day also control in Junk food . Monitoring my BP regularly which is comes in range of 140/90 or 150/100. Some time it is also come to down range 130/90 Pulse rate 80/min as on date 20/12/14. I also done the body checkup which is normal and then for 15-days I try to control myself without medicine but still my head and eyes fell heavy.
Then again i consult doctors MD Cardiologist and they told me to take Metocard XL 25 (1Tab in Morning) with Calmwin 0.5 (1 Tab in night)
So I want to know that – is it taking of Metocard XL 25 (1Tab in Morning) with Calmwin 0.5 (1 Tab in night) become life time hebit ? Or it can be temporary?
If I am stopping it after 10-Days , is it cause any problem ?
