Dear Sir, Its Been 2 Years That We Have Been

Dear Sir, its been 2 years that we have been married. Now we are looking forward for an issue but for last 4 months we are trying to consive for baby but its not coming. Once my wife got pregnant very early after marriage and we thought of abortions by medicine after consulting with Doctor. But now I am taking recently an ayurvedic medicine speman, for last one week. As both are working what I found the vollume of seman I use to discharge while ejaculation has decreased. Recently I have checked bt tsh level and found above normal so Doctor has prescribed tyronorm 12.5, so I want to know what exactly can be done to concieve a baby. And one more short note we both smoke but not a regular smoker.
