Dear Sir .l,
My father is 59yr old suffering from locally advanced rectosigmoid cancer. The cancer is metastatic in nature. He has undergone many surgeries and chemotherapies in the past 3yrs . However his cancer has recurred again in the same region . The doctors have told him that chemotherapies are not affecting him and also there is no scope of surgery as of now . Could you guide me if we can get peritonectomy and cytoreductive surgery done along with perioperative inteaperitoneal chemotherapy? Also could you suggest oncologists specialized in this type of surgeries.
