Dear WebMD Doctor,
I constantly get mucus stuck in my throat. I scratch and induce cough to get rid of it, and get stuffy nose. I blow my nose to get rid of that, and it starts back in my throat again. I read the article on WebMD site about sinus rinse, I do that when I'm at home and it helps me a lot. I take my time eating, especial with dry foods and I drink plenty of fluids to make swallowing easier. But when I'm not home I'm stuck with hoarseness voice and starving because I'm afraid of chocking. I don't sneeze, have no running nose, no matter what I eat or drink (no alcohol or smoke) it makes no difference. The only thing that seems to aggravate the scratching in the throat is dust. And try to avoid that. Any help on what I can try or where to go to, is very much appreciated.
Thank you
