Dear Doc, I Seem Healthy, Due To Some Rash On

Dear doc,
I seem healthy, due to some rash on body broke up, I tested sphyllis.
Result:Reactive with titer 1:32 (vdrl RPR) and TPHA 1:640,
1.Does that mean beginning or severe?
2.Is it curable?
3.Does it mean i suffered it long time or infected recently?
4. Injected 2.400.000 penicillin once, how often/how many time should do it to cure it completely?
