Dear Doc, My Son Who Is 7 Weeks Old Cries

Dear doc, my son who is 7 weeks old cries while passing urine. I have consulted two doc's. One doc said its due bladder contracts forcefully and the sensation is new to them. While the other doc said about the foreskin and he prescribed an ointment named mometasone furoate cream ip. I don't know which one to follow.Please tell me the reason for crying while passing urine.
