Dear doctor,
I am female age 32 yes, am taking treatment for hyperthyroidism since 1 yr three months, now my tsh is 2.7, t3 is 67ng/dl , t4 is 6.4. Am taking methimez 10 mg , before one month my doctor reduced my dose to 5 mg and I got palpitations. I went to local physician he asked me to take propanolol 4o mg twice for bp and palpitation, before I was taking stamlo 5 mg he told to stop stamlo. I am getting giddiness and unable to sleep at night after taking propanolol. Can I take propanolol only once in the morning. Will 40 mg once control bp for 24 hrs. Also plz tell me about my thyroid situation.
