Dear doctor I am married, aged 32. I have an issue related to my urine discoloration and odour as well unpleasant smell color like yellow. Please guide what could be the reason? My penis's head gets redness sometimes for that I am using clitromozole gel ointments that gives me temporary relief but not permanently solving my issue. My wife also facing few symptoms like me odorness and little white color discharge.
