Dear Doctor, I Have A Friend, A 35 Years Old

Dear doctor,

I have a friend, a 35 years old married lady, in China with Chronic kidney disease (CKD).She is on the 3 stage (GFR level is 41.76). She received treatment in China for about 5 years. However, the illness is still getting worse. The doctor in China told her that there is no pretty good method to make her fully recovered. It is even hard to stop the worsening.

I want to ask that is there any methods in the U.S. to treat the disease better. What’s the most advanced technique in America to treat CKD. She told me if she can get better treatment in the U.S., she will come here to get treatment.

Moreover, she learned that there are some new researches about treatment by using stem cells to cultivate kidney. Is this possible to be used for treatment now in America?

Finally, I want to know what medicine is best for her situation. Now her situation is Double Kidney atrophy, left renal cyst and double renal blood flow reduction. Can you recommend me some usually used medicine in America.
