Dear Doctor, I Have Been Diagnosed With PlacentavPosterior Low Lying

Dear doctor, I have been diagnosed with PlacentavPosterior low lying covering O's grade 0 maturity. How much of a risk is it to my fetus and my internal organ as the pregnancy progresses? My doc says there is no need for bed rest , is that true? Is there a chance of placenta to move to its normal position if it's covering O's at 0 grade ?
