Dear Doctor I Have Been Using Betnovate N From A

Dear doctor I have been using betnovate n from a long period of time may be 20 years .I am totally dependent on it .if I don't apply it as my night cream for 3-4 days my face becomes patchy I feel itchness n many more ...I want to avoid it ...what should I do???
