Dear Doctor, I'm 24 And I Took My First PAPT

Dear doctor,
I'm 24 and I took my first PAPT test in March this year. The result of the PAP test was CIN 1 to CIN 2 including the presence of HPV infection. Also, I was advised to take colposcopy and HPV tipization as well as the therapy - Albothyl. I did not do the colposcopy yet.
Some days ago I made the second PAP test and now waiting for the results. Also, the doctor made Schiller' iodine test which was negative and the diagnosis included the erytroplakia - dysplasia PVU media. In the reccommendation it is written that we will do the colposcopy after the PAP test's results come. Also, he said that, if it would be CIN1 we would do LEEP (if I say corectly) and if it would be higher stages CIN we would do the biopsy.
I want to know if it is possible to get clear PAP test now even is erytroplakia is founded. Also, I want to know if erytroplakhia is actually the change that CIN made (could erythroplakia be a CIN itself) or erythroplakia is something else than cin?
Also, I want to know if I have to do LEEP or biopsy because I'm 24? Isn't it a little bit agressive? Also, I want to know could it affects my pregnancy in the future? Thak you.
