Dear Doctor, I'm 51 Year Female Recently Had A ECG.

Dear doctor, I'm 51 year female recently had a ECG. Report shows PR: 96/142 ms, QRS: 106 ms, QT/QTC:374/431 ms, P/QRS/T axis 54/-24/9 deg, heart rate 80bmp. Sinus rhythm horizontal axis probable septal infarct. RSR' in v2 low QRS voltage in precordial leads, moderate mid and left precordial repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, Abnormal ECG. Please help me with record. Thank You.
