Dear Doctor In The Morning, From Last Couple Of Days,

In the morning, from last couple of days, I have sore throat or whenever I go empty stomach to the gym. I also feel swelling in the left side of neck ( I think lymph nodes) which subsides after 1-2 days. After that, I had thick saliva from left side of neck.
I also have Hypothyroidism.
Please explain what may the reason.
