Dear doctor This is Somen from Bangladeh. I had protected sex with a prostitute 1 years ago later found that she is positive.Condom didn't break but I don't know the condom quality as it is a developing country.It was definitely latex.After 5 weeks I experienced all symptoms include severe muscle pain,headache,swollen lymph nodes in neck and under the jaw,loose stool,red dots in both arms,whitish tongue.Loose stool,whitish tongue and swollen lymph nodes still persist.Now I'm having Chest pain with productive cough and clubbing nail.I am very worried for clubbing nail and swollen lymph nodes.I have tested several times.13 weeks,24 weeks and 28 weeks rapid,3rd generation elisa and 3rd generation rapid antibody test.All the tests came back negative.But what scared me the symptoms.May be I am one of them who don't produce antibody but infected.But my doctor thinks otherwise.He said if you had severe immunodeficiency you would have been in the hospital.I'm gong to be insane.It would be better to commit suicide.My life is crashing.Can I have sex with my future wife without fear of infecting her?
