Dear Doctor, Four Days Ago I Got Cement In Eye,

Dear doctor, four days ago I got cement in eye, quite a bit, more than a little bit of dust. We rinsed it well with saline and everything and when the redning and pain got worst instead of better I saw a gp after four hours. He checked everything and I had no damage besides a little swollen bit of eye, my ph was 7.xx and he gave me an extra saline rinse of about a hour.
I was able to see alright during all this time, only slightly unfocused so it seemed. Now after 4 days of antibiotic and lubricant eye drops my sight is still a bit strange. I see alright but it seems harder to focus and my eye feels a bit lazy or something.

Is there any cause for concern or should I be fine ina couple of days?

I am curently traveling in Australia and so not in my home country. Furthermore, an eye specialist is in a city 2 hours away and I have not got easy excess to transportation.
