Dear Doctor, From Almost A Month My Tongue Has Been

Dear doctor, from almost a month my tongue has been in a weird shape...and it is affecting me with speech..im getting ulcers back to back with redness and a lot of pain i have stopped eating much food now bcus of it..bt it doesnt go away...when i searched it on google they called it Qi or spleen deficiency...bt there wasnt much information about it..i hope you can help me with it..because im scared to actually go and meet the doctor..last april i was admitted in hospital and was on antibiotics for having bacteria in my blood...i didnt complete that treatment of mine..just tell me if its related to it..im in great pain..
