Dear Doctor, My Face Color Was OK (not So Fair)but

Dear doctor, my face color was OK (not so fair)but now I been loosong my face color. My body color still same only face color getting darker. My age is 41 and I never used any face creams or lotions and never exposed to sun.Please advice me to get back my original color. I will appreciate your advice.
