Dear Doctor Since 4 Year I Have Alcer Stomach Burning

Dear doctor since 4 year I have alcer stomach burning so that every timebam eating omee tablet only yesterday night I had pain so that I gone to medical so I told the to give omee tablet and he asking me what happan I told him, have a little pain in stomec bt today I had more pain so he given with mefta spas tablet.... I eat both a yesderday night and now I had lot of loos motion and leg pain some time motion going with blood.... What happn to me pls tell me but now only I know this mefta spas is speacily for ladies and to reduce the pain pls and me what I can do now
