Dear Doctor, The Left Leg Of My 8 Month Baby

Dear doctor, the left leg of my 8 month baby has been exposed to boiled water accidentally. The top layer of skin has been bruised and developed a bubble. My doctor prescribed 3ml bactoclav oral suspension twice daily with 3.5ml ibugesic on sos. His body is feverish for 2 days and he has reduced food intake. Is everything alright or should i do something else. He is advised to be in A/C room all the day due to summers. His body weight is 9kg. please suggest. Thanks.
