Dear Doctor.I Am Suffering From White Patches In My Hands,

Dear doctor.I am suffering from white patches in my hands, legs and back side of my but-ex for three years and now I applied placenta Extract Gel on the effected areas and exposed to the sun + using 2 Melanocyl tablet once in a two days. I got some relief but it is till give trouble. Please tell me what is the permanent solution for this and kindly tell me the what type of food to avoid.
