Dear Doctor..i Had Sex With My Gf Who Is 45

Dear doctor..i had sex with my gf who is 45 and she is weak by body...i had unprotected sex but didnt ejaculate inside..we had sex 2 days inserted from backats before of her period tat is on 27th and 29 feb was tge date of her period...but its being 1 week now i.e 6th march no sign of period...is this sign of menupouse or war? Please advise
