Kindly let me know the solution for some of my problems
1. When I wake up in the morning I cannot walk for some time due to pain in my heals.
2. My right hand fingers I cannot open. When I try opening and closing for some time fingers become normal. Specially the small finger of my right hand.
3. My lower back pain will be severe some times and some times absolutely ok. My observatmiracles My hat when the gas is filled up in my stomach due to acidity I find this problem.
4. Normally my muscles catch when I turn are bend suddenly and I cpleasure annot sit on bikes due to my thai muscle catch.
