Dear dr A.
I am a CML paitient over 12 y . recently each CBC triger the lab to perfrom film and find myelocyte in the range of 0.7-2.7 %. (Looking at all my CBC since 2002 just prior and during the start of treatment with TKI lab reported myeloctes as high as 24%.) Though PCR for BCR_ABL is 0% is there a concern to look for in CML or other type of Cancer or other issue?
