Dear My Gf Is 4 Weeks Pregnant And I Got

Dear my gf is 4 weeks pregnant and I got het cytotec 10 tablets for 200mcg, THE PHARMACIST that gave me the medicines told me to ask ur gf to eat 1 capsule in the morning and 1 before going to bed.
now she had 4 tablets but still no sign of bleeding for abortion.
and I live in Pakistan where abortion is illegal.
first advise me is the usage of the medicines right?
secondly before advising on the change of usage please note that she had already 4 tablets as of now orally.
I need to get this abortion as in Pakistan things can get really misearbel if pple come to know about her pregnancy
