Dear, My Husband Is A NPC Patient, He Had Finished

Dear,


my husband is a NPC patient, he had finished Tomotheraphy in Feb 2016 and. Chemotherapy in early May 2016.

Last week, he took a MRI checking.

MRI showed

A prominent to mildly enlarged left jugulodigastric lymph node with mildly hetetogeneous contrast enhancement is noted. measuring 14mm x 9mm.

Sevetal shotty bilateral submandibular and upper jugular lymph nodes is seen. Normal corresponding MRI signal are noted.

May I know the cancer is still in lymph ?
what can i do im this moment. I hope you can analysis of mri and give more advice to us.
