Dear Orthopedist, I Have Two Adult Sisters Which Are 25

Dear orthopedist,
I have two adult sisters which are 25 and 26 years old. They are suffering from the kneecap movement. It hurts them so much. I even could rate their pain from their reaction to the pain. Their tears starts sleeding and their lips turn into white when their kneecap moves to the side. I get nervous when I see them like that. My 26 year old sister has the epilepsy and I'm always worried about her knee when she gets the seizure. How supposed I act in this situation? How supposed I relocate their kneecap to its place safely and with less pain? Is their any solution for this problem? If my sister gets her kneecap moved during her seizure, what is the best way to relocate her kneecap while she's shaking. What do they need to make this less happen?? Please help me. Thank you.
