Dear Sir I Am Writing Years Male I Am Suffering

Dear sir
I am writing years male
I am suffering from chill fevery low grade fever 99 to 100 f
I have got tests done for widal ,cbp, malarial test and esr
Widal test came positive
Esr 20
Malarial test negative
As it came typhoid
Used antibiotics for 7 days
Still it dint reduce
After 7 days I have got it done esr and cbp
Now esr came 65
Doctor advised for injections for one week
After 7 days of injections again I have it done esr
Now esr came 60
Still fever is there in nights
Farigue is present , after woke up in morning my heels are stiff and difficult to walk
Please kindly suggest me what to do next
