Dear Sir, I Feel Problem While Taking Breath, Some Times

Dear sir, I feel problem while taking breath, some times sweating,feeling very hot although temperature is not so hot. Tsh is 6.4 vit d is 17 and iron 41.age 34 height 5 feet 3 inches and weight is 90 kg.female.only feel relax when I take cloze md .25.is it heart problem? Many doctors denied heart problem, but feel very bad all the time.in night it is difficult to pass night.
