Dear Sir, I Have Acidity Problem Which Now Pains Me

Dear sir,
I have acidity problem which now pains me intermittently just below right side of the left breast. I take omiprazole with motilium now a days. But they give temperory relief. After some time this problem re arise. Please advise me in this regard
