Dear Sir, I Have Often Pain In Rectum After Passing

Dear sir, I have often pain in rectum after passing stools. Its do not remain continue but periodically it happens. Some time when I used to have heavy meals I had felt blood in stools as well not not regularly. I have this problem for the last two years. Please advise appropriate medicine.
