Dear sir, I'm 22years old and I'm having pains in my panis balls which some times seems to come like a shock. This pains seems to be connected to my stomach, and assuming there is a little compression or touch on my balls my stomach begins immediately to turn. please sir I will be glad if you will direct and advice me on what to do.
