Dear sir, I'm a diabetic patient from last ten years and recently it was very high. in India dr prescribed me to take tripride 2 and zomelis met 50/500 mg each tablets twice a day. Since I starting taking this tablets some time my sugar level is normal. But I'm facing very high acidity problem, please advice me
