Dear Sir, My Father In Age 78 Years Suffering From

Dear sir,

My father in age 78 years suffering from loss of memory, for ex. he get a lunch today and I ask him what you eat in the lunch, he don't no and ask me I,'m not getting lunch today..

This is one example,... we are facing lots of problems with his health.
